Before getting technical support, try to search the Discussion Forum or enter a keyword and search the site using the Site Search feature. Your problem may have already been discussed before.

It is recommended that you post your support questions in the Discussion Forum.  This benefits more users  since all discussion threads are available to the public. Only limited email support is  provided.  You can also submit a bug report using the Report a Bug  web form.

For registered users, you can also post your support questions in the Discussion Forum, the Report a Bug web form or get help via Yahoo Instant Messenger using the Yahoo ID provided when you got your registration email.
